Check-in

  • This house is designed for easy self check-in, so you can start your holiday right away! No keys needed – simply use the PIN provided on the pinpad next to the door. Enter the PIN, wait for a “beep” (about 3 seconds), and push the door to open. It locks automatically when closed. From inside, to exit press the green button to unlock.
  • Internet WiFi: Villa Lidia Guest – password “happy-holiday”.
  • Shutters: are controlled by the UP/DOWN buttons next to each window. For convenience: the button near the entrance door controls all ground floor shutters, and the button at the top of the stairs controls all first-floor shutters.
  • Villa Lidia is no smoking and no pets. Check out the house rules.
  • Check out the house instructions for information about appliances, parking etc.

Check-out

  • Please leave the house in good conditions: separate the garbage, wash the dishes, empty the fridge and maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness. If the house is significantly dirtier than usual upon check-out, an additional charge may apply. We will check the situation and, if necessary, take photos or videos and let you know immediately.
  • When you leave the house, simply close the shutters, turn off the lights and close the door behind you.
